Where is the manager? They never answer the phone for orders. They maybe short staffed ??????????? But the pizza is delicious.

I waited in line for about 20 minutes to be told that I would have to order online, which I did. Once inside, I was waited on... by a young man who had no idea where my food was. He actually had to go outside to get another young man to help him. Meanwhile,a rather inebriated man argued with me about my order. Placed an order online for 2 pizzas. Got there when they told me it would be ready. Went to open the door and it was locked.... Called 8 times and they never picked up the phone. Drove around to the drive thru and nobody came to the window. Banged on thedoor for a solid 5 minutes and nobody came to the door, there was no note saying they were closed. Pulled back around to thedrive thru behind 5 cars. Waited another 15 minutes, so now it's 30 minutes after my pizza was supposedly done. Got to thewindow and they tell me they are out of the pizza crusts I ordered and they didn't know when they would have more I stated Iwanted a refund and it took all 3 of them an additional 10 minutes to figure out how to refund my money. Called 3 times no answer. Drive up, ask what's available. "Nothing". Ok... order 4 pizzas. "It will be 10 min." OK. Swipes my... card. Then I proceeded to sit and wait for 1 full hour. Saw 3 customers go in and get pizzas in about 15 min. May have orderedearlier? Foods fine service is rough. Read more

Ordered 4 pizzas and 4 orders of wings online so they would be ready when we arrived in Perryton from traveling out of state to... feed family meeting us on a time schedule. Never received the email confirmation, so I called to make sure there were nosurprises. Rang 8-10 times before young man answered. Finally found the order, but was told they didn't have any chicken.Finally got the order 20 minutes late and no refund for the missing chicken. Was told that the manager would have to do that andshe wouldn't be there until tomorrow. Had us sign our name and number so she could reach us. Waited two days, refund notcredited, so called back and talked to manager Maritsa. Was told that she didn't know how to do it because it wasn't done thesame day as the order. She would have to call her district manager to find out how. Still no refund. Maybe district managerhasn't received adequate training either. Seems like a lot to go through for mediocre pizza at best. Read more
