I thought I was watching a slo-mo food prep training video while in a trance state. Then I realized I was alive, and was... actually watching a young man warping time in preparing our food. Quite honestly I never saw a breakfast sandwich put togetherthis slowly. If this is "fast" food, I'd sure hate to see what "slow" means here. Read more

Be careful when you order food , actually look before purchasing.. last time i ordered chicken tenders with fries, the fries... were old and had a horrible taste.. today i ordered a Italian cold cut and 1 it wasn't cut in half bit I didn't make it a bigdeal until i opened my sandwich and it had a huge piece of lettuce that was half soggy and dark green and brown .. who wouldserve that to a customer? Worst Royal Farms in the area. Close it because the nicer one is just up the road or across the bridge also. Fire the black... lady behind the counter. She's rude. She doesn't want to do her job. You want to cash out a lottery ticket? Nope. She tells youto go to the machine. I don't want more tickets. I want $10 cash for what I won. You want to reload a prepaid credit card? Nope.She refuses to do it, so I had to drive up the road. One day I went in and she's outside on company time talking to a youngergirl.. it seemed like she was plotting against other employees because then she said "good lookin out". The employees don'tknow how to fix the register if something goes wrong with the cash portion. The employees don't know how to fix the coffeemachine. It says the beans are empty yet they're totally full. This location is often out of flavored coffee creamer. Iwouldn't have made a coffee if I'd have saw that. Read more
