Forget the chicken, the potato wedges are were it?s at; they?re delicious. Well seasoned with a light pepper finish. They?re... whole sliced potatoes and not overly processed. Amazingly clean and well stocked, they even have Krispy Kreme donuts. Great coffee, clean bathrooms, great staff. Everything is... automated, the self checkout is quick and easy. We've driven from New Hampshire to Florida and back, and this place stands out.More stations should be like this! Read more
There is a man who rides a bike in every morning to work to that location . I pass by him each and every morning. Hot out, cold... out, he's up and going to work and always smiling when I am there. I wish no stars was an option. The people are nice but lazy!!! The store needs the health department to come. Bathroom is... absolutely disgusting!!!! The floors in the store look like they have never been cleaned. The doors are horrible and we?re in apandemic!! This place is one of the reasons we?re in a pandemic. Read more
I thought to myself that it seemed petty to add a review of a gas station, but the more I thought about my favorite in... particular, I realized I?ve never had a bad experience here. and it doesn?t take a lot for a gas station to have a decentexperience, but truly, there has never been anything to complain about. even when i order food and it?s taking awhile, theemployees let me know they?re waiting for something in particular to finish cooking that is related to my order, so that I knowit?ll be out as quickly as possible. And the lines move quickly, and even the few times that a register has broken or beenbuggy, an employee was there to help me. I think it?s also worth noting that the area is well-lit, and for a young female teenlike myself, sometimes I have to make a quick stop late at night, and the comfort and security of this gas station in particularhas been my go-to in those scenarios. Had the occasion to go into this RF this evening to purchase a drink (Slurpee) and a pack of cigarettes. The young lady at the... counter (she claimed she was the manager) was one of the most unprofessional and ignorant persons who I?ve ever encountered at aconvenience store. Her customer service skills are substandard, and her attitude and disposition has the potential of tarnishingthe Royal Farms brand. In an effort to use a valid Newport ($1.00 off) coupon, which I presented at the counter, and which shescanned; however, it didn?t deduct the discount. When I inquired as to why it didn?t reduce the price of the pack of cigarettesshe responded with a rude and seemingly disrespectful retort that I found very offensive. When I asked to speak to a manager,she informed me that SHE was the manager and that the matter at hand was indisputable; I wasn?t getting my discount despite herhaving already scanned my coupon as being redeemed at that store. Obviously this matter is about much more than the $1.00discount; it?s the principle of the matter and how certain people don?t possess the qualities to hold leadership positions. Thisyoung lady needs more customer service training, for surely she falls real short in that core competency level of her position.It took every ounce of dignity I could muster to keep it ?classy? with this young lady.
