I visited this store today and the assistant manager was too busy texting to take my order. Did that stop texting put his phone... in his back pocket walked over the drive-thru and then walked back to me took my order and then walked to the back. Afterwaiting couple minutes to get waited on and then another 10 minutes to get my food I won't be back. Whoever put this kid incharge I hope you're happy with the results cuz he's screwing it up! Very friendly staff. Great food. Always fresh. Couldn?t ask for a better experience with fast food.
Went through drive through..no napkins, no receipt, and ordered regular fries got curly (cold). Will not stop there again.

I used to love Arby?s! There?s something wrong with this one, and everyone I know says the same thing. When you order curly... fries they only give you the broken bits and ends, no curls! Who is eating the curls at the Perryville Arby?s?? The whole vibehere is just sad and there?s hardly any cars there anymore. What a waste of time and resources! Read more
