Ordered 2 buckets of chicken. Was told it would be 10 minutes. Great. 20 minutes later they said it would be 10 more minutes.... Still sitting here 30 minutes later. Of course we already paid. Had to get a refund. 40 minutes wasted. Read more
Lobby and sit down area are open. Not too busy when we visited. The couple of staff working were polite but I'm guessing this... location has been affected by staffing shortages. Tables were not clean. The women's restroom is out of order (as sometimeshappens) and the men's restroom (single stall so women could easily use) was functional but in awful shape - it's falling apartand I couldn't dry my hands. Free parking. Give them some love with some business - I'm guessing COVID and supply shortageshit them pretty hard and they could use some love. Read more
Shared an 8 piece original chicken family meal. The chicken was very fresh and tasty. Ordered mac and cheese and mashed potatoes... with gravy for sides and both were excellent. First time trying their Mac and cheese and I was pleasantly surprised. The onlydownside was the store felt a little dirty. The floors were slick, the bathroom was sticky, smelled of cigarette smoke and had aclogged toilet. Read more
The quality of the chicken is horrible across the board at all KFC's. It's not the same as when I was a kid, back then it was a... treat to get a bucket of original recipe with sides, now the chicken way too greasy and the flavor is not the same, not evenclose. Very disappointing. Read more
Just ate at this restaurant at 2:00PM May14th traveling back from Gulfshores to Lake St.Louis. Stopped for a good solid meal... needless to say it was disappointing for me & my wife! Had to wait almost 15 minutes for 2 / 2 price extra crispy chickendinners with a drink $15.00 plus? the chicken pieces were the size of pigeon legs and thighs at best. Also , used the Mensrestroom and there were no paper towels or soap to wash my hands do you know the employees were not washing there hands either. Sorry to say I already ate and used the restroom on the way out. I will be contacting heath department on that issue aswell!!! Beware and avoid this restaurant! The Carter Family! Read more
Manager took good care of me! But there food has gotten so expensive! Over $27 dollars for 8 piece bucket & two sides! Plus tax!... Over $ 36 dollars for 12 piece bucket & two sides! Plus tax! It's a Shame too! Their food is great! Just too expensive ????! Read more

On the way to a family gathering, stopped here to get a couple of buckets of chicken and was told it was going to be about 10... minutes which was fine, well, 15 minutes later, the girl says now it's going to be 15 more minutes and I agreed to wait andmentioned I was on a time limit and it's getting close to that time, ok she said. Well 20 minutes go by and no chicken but yetthis entire time they are passing chicken out the drive-thru window. Had to ask for refund and manager acted like I should havewaited longer. Read more
