Stopped by Perryville Taco Bell and waited 10 minutes to get to drive-thru speaker and was asked to wait . After 5 minutes the... staff asked me if I'd been helped and I replied "no". I was then promptly told that the card reader was not working. So I wasted15 minutes that would have been avoided if I was told that at the beginning. I can almost believe that I was told the cardreader was not working because the drive-thru was so backed up. Don't take my word for it have someone drive down to and thruthis location and you will more than likely be told told to hold since this happens to me almost everytime I patronize thisstore. To me your food prices have got too expensive anyway but I will not be eating Taco Bell any longer due to your poorservice. Read more

I love Taco Bell, BUT...ONLY IF THEY CAN GET AN ORDER RIGHT, JUST ONCE! UGH!!! Every single time, for the past, I don't even... know how many times I've been here, they can't seem to be able to READ THE ORDER SCREEN! They've either gotten my ordercompletely wrong, OR they completely forget to make one or more items that I've ordered! AND....They've had PLENTY of time toget it right, because almost every time I go there, I'm waiting in line for a minimum of 30 minutes, usually longer! Can't goinside because the lobby is still closed! Get your stuff together please! Read more
