Wow. Just wow. This gem clearly doesn?t need another 5-star review but they?re getting one anyway. Our group of seven celebrated... a birthday here last night. Half of us drove an hour from Ottawa to meet the other half of the group who drove 30 minutes. WORTHevery minute of the drive. The food was unbelievable. Hands down the best Caesar salad I?ve ever had. The pasta was perfectlycooked and everyone looked like they were in heaven from the first bite. Our server was exceptional. Wish I got her name. This is a fabulous restaurant. My fiancée and I discovered Bistro 54 in November 2017. We live in Campbellford but routinely... plan trips to Perth for the sole purpose of going to Bistro 54. Dave and Nicky are wonderful hosts. They are personable andprofessional. Their staff are excellent, as well. Particularly, Marcella, is a terrific server. Dave is the head chef. He has awealth of knowledge regarding food. This Italian restaurant has a great Parisian vibe. It is a comfortable setting. It is aromantic place. All of the food and wine are spectacular. To highlight a few: 1. Creamy seafood Gamberi pasta; 2. Zestygazpacho soup; and 3. Garlicy/cheesy Bolognese. We dined at Bistro 54 last Friday and Saturday. We sat at the table in front ofthe kitchen, under the glass window. This is by far the best table in the restaurant. Our meals were delicious. Service wasattentive and excellent. Bistro 54 is an essential part of the Perth community. If you are at a cottage or travelling nearPerth, you have got to eat at Bistro 54. Insider tip: ask for the garlic loaf. Read more

Cute and cozy little restaurant at the centre of Perth. Great service, friendly waitress. Ordered the anchovies pasta and... Gamberi pasta. The sauce on both were delicious and flavourful. However, the pasta on the gamberi was over cooked and theanchovies were saltier than expected (as it was prefaced to us that since it?s Spanish anchovies, it wouldn?t be too salty).Good portions. Fair pricing for portion. The menu could be better organized as it wasn?t clear that the anchovy dish was apasta dish. Overall, great experience. Read more
A near perfect Italian restaurant. We got here late on a Saturday evening and they had just the appetizers which was really... good. Just the right about of portions per person and presentation was good. The restaurant itself is small and cozy. Wouldcertainly visit here again when I drop by Perth Read more
