Went in today and there was a line up ( o understand that they could of been a bit understaffed) but there was a older lady... waiting for her order to be taken, no one came to the cash to help her after 15mims. She was told to go and use the touchscreen. We'll one touch screen was not working and was hard for her to use. I went up to the manager on duty and asked ifsomeone could serve her at the cash. I was meet with rudeness and told that he's training people and I was more then welcome tocome over to the back and do it myself. Other customers who heard then started to say how rude the manager was and had left. The touch screen has a place but for some people they still could use someone at the cash to help them. It was unprofessionaland disrespectful of the manager to talk to customers in this manner. Read more
Wow! I come here sometimes several times a week, whether for lunch or just a coffee and I?m always impressed with how excellent... the service is! I would say 8 times out of 10, Kim is working the drive thru and she excels at her job?Big Time!! She is sofriendly EVERY DAY and she just keeps everything running smooth. Now I know it takes more than one person at an establishmentlike this so I realize that there are many more staff members behind the scenes doing an awesome job, like Debbie to nameanother but I don?t get the pleasure of knowing the others by name. So to all the staff at the Perth McDonald?s I say ?thankyou? for not just showing up and doing the job but for doing it with excellence!! Read more
As far as price goes they're starting to lose their competitiveness. There are other meals I can eat that cost me the same... amount of money that are probably better for me and just as easy to obtain. McDonald's use to have a price Factor on their mealsthat made them the best value. That's gone wise up McDonald's Read more
Stopped at the drive thru before heading back to Ottawa for coffee and a bagel! Staff were friendly and nice! Coffee was great... and bagel was actually toasted (not like other places) good quick service! Read more
Had a parking lot meeting with a territory sales rep. We didn't go inside, nor did we order anything. Parking lot was clean,... large... perfect for an open trunk meeting space. Will definitely have another meeting here. Read more
Huge thanks to Patti for helping us problem solve an ordering error on my part. Totally did not need to do what she did, but... went above and beyond to make a teenager happy. Food was super fresh, with hot & full French fries. Great experience all aroundas our quick stop when passing through Perth. Read more
We were coming back from Ottawa towards Toronto and decided to take Trans-Canada Hwy 7 for a change. We stopped at the Perth... McDonald?s for a Coffee & Washroom break. Staffs were very friendly. Washroom was clean and they strictly follow all Covid-19safety protocols. Outside Patio Umbrellas are available with clean tables. Nice place to take a break and relax! Read more
Best coffee stop in town. Always a great experience. I only go in the morning so not sure about afternoon and evening shifts.... But the morning shift is amazing! Fast friendly and great humor. Read more
