Pizza was raw! feeling bloated and not well after eating this raw pizza, manager says he would make another but my fiance and I... weren't feeling great after eating the raw dough, we just wanted our money back or something and he refused, we spent over$52.00 on the worst pizza of my life! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered online for contactless delivery, since I am sick, and paid the delivery charge of $4.75. We... ordered at 5:50 and got told est. delivery between 6:20 and 6:30pm. We got a phone call at 6:15 from the restaurant to tell usthat its an additional 7$ fee for out of town delivery. We are a 10 minute drive from the restaurant, hardly out of town, and wehave ordered from them in the past and never had to pay more than $4.75. When they called, we asked if we would still get ourmeal at the stated delivery time and they told us that they would prioritize all in town deliveries first and then bring usours. We tipped the delivery driver through the online order and agreed to their insane delivery surcharge in cash and we stillhaven't received our food. What a dissapointment and a complete lack of customer service. We just received our food and it is7:00 pm. Really rude and horrible service. We won't be going back. I want my money back. Read more

Order was to be ready at 5 but when I arrived at 5:05 I was told they made one of my pizzas wrong and they were remaking it. At... 5:18 I was told my new pizza was ready. I asked what about the other pizza? Did you remake that or has it been sitting on thecounter for the last 20 mins ( I watched as he just grabbed it off the counter so it wasn?t in a heater) . His answer, therewasn?t anything wrong with that one. I said other than the fact it is now 20 mins old and not hot??? When I asked what they areoffering since my pizza was 18 mins late and one is now not hot and the answer as well you only paid $5 for it so what else areyou looking for! Great customer service. Didn?t care that I had to wait for a correct order but having one piping hot pizza andone barely warm pizza isn?t worth the almost $50 I spent. Worst thing is I did online order and tipped for this bad service! When I asked why they did it that way and not fix so both pizza?s are hot when I get it, I was told the owner would freak onthem if they remade both pizzas. I asked what the owner would rather, a satisfied customer or bad review. Was told there wasn?tanything they could do, so here is my review. My new meat lover pizza was really tasty, my old pepperoni lover pizza was barelywarm and soggy when heated in the microwave so we could eat it. Very disappointed customer. Read more
Always friendly service. Usually have great savings offers available. Never an issue with my order; in fact, they called me one... time to clarify as I had inadvertently placed 2 orders online (they wanted to make sure if it's just one order). Read more
Best pizza hut ever!!! Usually when we ask for extra cheese, they don't give us extra. But here, our pizza was sooooo cheesy and... we loved it! The crust was not even that oily, unlike other pizza huts I've been to. I am from Ottawa and I am so glad I gotpizza hut here! Will definitely come back! Thanks! Read more
Nope, not great here at all. I am throwing half of my pizza in the garbage. I have never thrown a pizza hut pizza slice or bite... in the garbage ever in over 30 yrs. It was the most unsatisfying pizza I have ever had. Sorry guys. This Veteran will neverreturn again. Read more
My mother Ordered online. We arrived at the time shown on my recipt. The staff working had no clue about the order. She retrived... her recipt from the car and the staff argued about the order not showing up. Then proceeded to note the time saying its not atimed pick up (there was a pick up time on recipt). To add to this. When she went back in, the manager and 1 employee workingwere swearing and cusing about another employee who was not working. They are extremely unprofessional at this location.
