We came from Toronto with our daughter and we needed to use the washroom. We asked to use it and the lady told us we couldn?t.... The restaurant was still open with a few customers. The lady was rude and told us to go somewhere when she knew everything wasclose around. This is NOT acceptable and shameful! We will never go to that restaurant. (At 9h45 pm on Sunday October 23rd.) They had a sign at the door asking patrons for patience, as they are short-staffed. Everyone we dealt with was very calm, polite... and cheerful. It took a bit longer for our meals, but it was overall a very good experience. Highly recommend. Read more
I honestly wasn?t expecting the best after reading several bad reviews but I thought I would give it a try since I?m a server... myself and I understand that sometimes people have bad days. But Oh my God was I shocked as to how bad service was?. I went fora late dinner with 3 other people around 7:00pm. We waited at the door for about 10 minutes to be acknowledged. When we got satwe still didn?t get greeted.. all we were asked was "are you 4 today?" So she knew how many menus to grab. We didn?t get waterso we sat there parched for 20 minutes before getting asked if we?d like something to drink (she took our drink & food order allat once because we waited so long). Once our food came out, we didn?t have cutlery to eat with. My step dad literally became ourserver, he got up to grab us: napkins & condiments. Our waitress didn?t come to check if the food was alright, she literallydisappeared. She just came by to grab our plates when my brother in law finished his club house,, even then she still didn?t askhow the food was. Service initially slow. Needed table for one. All tables for two not being used. Had to wait for large group to leave and then... separate tables. True to sign at door, now hiring. Food good. Once seated, service was good. Busy place. Read more
Awesome service. Was there for wing night and wasn't disappointed. They offer fries or vegetables with a wing purchase. Baby... change table in the washroom was a help to change my child's diaper. Really good set up for watching sports. Will return on myway through town. Read more
This location is brand new. The decor and atmosphere are great! Service was a bit slow but I expect that for a new spot, so no... problem. Servers were friendly. We ordered take out...a chicken wrap sandwich ($13) which was pretty good. We also orderedribs/wings combo which was very disappointing and small for $22.49. The ribs were overcooked/chicken undercooked and we got thefry "ends". Nice spot, but I won't likely be back. Read more
