Stopped in for a break on our trip. Bathrooms were disgusting, not just messy but worn out looking. Didn't end up getting any... food or drinks because there was such a huge lineup inside and out. Waited for 5 minutes in line and zero movement. Read more
Don't go here during lunch if you're pressed for time. The front counter is severely understaffed while, like every cursed... store, the drive through staff stand around. Very poor, extremely slow service. Ignoring the people who walk in says how muchthey value a dollar over a good experience and service. Read more
I had visited multiple times. No choice other than this place for a 24 hour coffee spot. They did not give sugar, milk, cream... even when asked. They could be nicer and better. Read more
This has genuinely got to be the slowest and busiest Tim Hortons I?ve ever been to. I travel often, and every single time I come... here it?s at minimum a 20 minute thing. They desperately need more staff; they?re nice (besides for the girl with glasses and alip ring who was rude) but they cannot keep up with the order load. Going to go somewhere else next time. I find Tim Hortons locations are typically quite disorganized but this one is definitely more so than the others. First there... is no clear indication where to line up to place an order. They have two sections set up with an order here sign above theregister except only one had a staff member taking orders even though there were lines up at both. Then the line up of peoplewas going a certain way until a staff member directed everyone to line up a different way. Of course people have a hard timerearranging themselves so it becomes awkward to file up into a different line. Placing an order was a challenge. Clearly a newhire was working the register and constantly needed help. Nothing wrong with a new person learning how to do the job but it wasa challenge to get our order in. The food is subpar. I can't really hold this location accountable for that because TimHortons food is just had to begin with. It was hard to eat. The drinks we ordered were fine. They can make a good cup ofcoffee and the chocolate creamy chill was nice. Read more
Apparently this is what they count as "Tim Bibs" at this location. Pretty sad paying for "premium" timbits and getting 6/10 are... normal tim bits. Not the first time they've screwed up food orders at this location. Read more
I?ve always enjoyed visiting any Tim?s location. This one was no different. I do though judge each location by how they prepare... the farmers wrap. It?s my favourite go to item on the menu. ?? The staff was friendly and courteous. ???? Read more
