I got coffee with cream it came cold light and didn?t taste like coffee I throw it out very slow service

The three of them are a great team when it comes to serving a client. They were fast and efficient. Daniela was very kind to... take my order and showed empathy about how my day was going, we talked about the weather and suggested a hot coffee which Iaccompanied with a lightly toasted bagel. Gloria and Jordan helped each other and were quick to prepare my order. Gloria made mea super delicious caramel coffee. On Friday, october 22, 2021 I ordered 2 vanilla lattes and 2 jelly filled donuts. Somehow we got the wrong coffie because it... was an odd color like the kinda orange you see in pumkin spice but it didn't taste like pumkin, and those donuts were not freshat all, kind of partially dry and smelled a little bit like stale bread. I found the place to be not very clean. I do not goaround writing reviews but it really made me feel like writing one this time. Terrible customer service the 2 young girls in the morning have the worst attitude. They can't even hand you your order then... just throw it on the counter. Service is slow. Go in the afternoon, same problem different people. They never get the orderright. You order to go and still have to wait 10 mins for them to sit there and look at you like your lost or something. Theyneed to bring back the old management they had or a whole new crew. SMH. Read more
If I can give this place negative stars I would. Most disrespectful workers that can?t make a simple Charlie, how do you work at... a coffee shop and can?t make a coffee. The staff is really nice. The nice thing about Dunkin is the coffee is pretty much the same at all of them so it's the freshness... and the staff that make the difference. I didn't have anything to eat, but the coffee was great and the staff was very nice. Ihappened to have a pocket filled with change and asked the clerk if she wanted it and she was glad to get it. I was a lotlighter when I left! Read more
