Great experience all around. super friendly staff the blonde hair bartender immediately put on the playoff baseball game I asked... for made a great recommendation for lunch which included boneless wings and a lovely chicken dinner. she could have been nicerand with a good sense of humor and personality to boot! The food is great, and the service fantastic, BUT, Applebee's policy is quite underhanded. I say this because I had a gift card... that I had intended to use, but was told that the gift card had expired. Now who does this...??!!! They say the gift card is asgood as money, and since it is as good as money,these cards should NEVER expire !!! My money that I gave them doesn't have anexpiration date,so why should their gift cards. Low company policy equates to poor company judgment. Your greed to take a measlyten dollars away will eventually be your downfall. Read more
The manager was very friendly and the food was fine, but our waitress was just rude. We had barely sat down when she asked what... we were having. I tried to just order our drinks to get some time to at least open the menu. She asked, "What are you eating?"right after I told her our drink order even though she could see that I was trying to open the menu. I just ordered the firstthing I saw. Then, I'd hoped to purchase a dessert for my little guy, but she brought out the check right after bringing ourfood. Drinks were good. Food wasn't bad. But rushed us to pay and we asked for 2 more drinks and she never brought them. Just rude!

So, we had voucher for dinner at Grand Bear, but they had a limited menu, and we thought, why not try somewhere we know. We had... Genny for our server and she was so friendly. We felt welcomed right away. We know since COVID-19 that it's been difficult forso many places to keep things going with a sense of "normal" anymore, but both Genny and Cecelia the manager made it seem likewe walked into a dining experience from 2018 despite having their share of difficulties I'm sure, that never translated to thetable. When we thanked Cecelia for offering us a free dessert for our drive/dining with them, she said cheerfully that"managers/team leads are reflection of their management" and let me say, their management definitely makes us feel that thecustomer is cared about. My only negative is that we live 2 hours away and are on vacation or we'd be here more often! Read more

The service was extremely slow. We waited almost 20 minutes to get our drinks, 45 minutes to get our appetizers which we warm... when supposed to be cold and cold when supposed to be warm. Food took even longer. People that came in after us ate and leftbefore we even got our food. Read more
