Went a few weeks ago and picked up a to-go order. We quite literally threw almost our entire order away. The Bird-Dog had the... wrong sauce, they forgot our fries, and the boneless wings (garlic parm and medium) tasted like they had been doused in thehottest wing sauce imaginable. The only highlight were the loaded tots we ordered. I contacted customer service onlinerequesting someone get in contact with me a week ago, and have yet to hear anything back about a refund or anything. Highlydisappointed. I’m giving this 1 star only because I have to. Our server name was Ashley. She completely ignored us after taking our order. A... good runner bought the food to the table and 1 item was wrong. We told the runner and she did bring the correct item about 5minutes later. But Ashley would never know because she didn’t ask how everything was. We even had to find someone for carryout boxes and the check. She had several other tables around us that she checked on 2 or more times. Why did she never come backto our table.
