Went a few weeks ago and picked up a to-go order. We quite literally threw almost our entire order away. The Bird-Dog had the... wrong sauce, they forgot our fries, and the boneless wings (garlic parm and medium) tasted like they had been doused in thehottest wing sauce imaginable. The only highlight were the loaded tots we ordered. I contacted customer service onlinerequesting someone get in contact with me a week ago, and have yet to hear anything back about a refund or anything. Highlydisappointed. We live out of town, so we weren't going to take it back at 730 PM after we got home. Read more
Thank you so much to Adam and the cooks and staff of this Buffalo Wild Wings. I have never had such great service from a bww... until now. I’m giving this 1 star only because I have to. Our server name was Ashley. She completely ignored us after taking our order. A... good runner bought the food to the table and 1 item was wrong. We told the runner and she did bring the correct item about 5minutes later. But Ashley would never know because she didn’t ask how everything was. We even had to find someone for carryout boxes and the check. She had several other tables around us that she checked on 2 or more times. Why did she never come backto our table. Is it because we’re African American? It was really a horrible experience and the worse way to end our trip. Read more
Just left here and our server Ashley did not check on us at all. She went to the tables in front of us and on the side of us but... never came to us. I had to tell person that delivered our food that there was an error with my food. I had to ask the hostessfor my check and togo containers. That's when we finally seen her. Myself and my friends have years experience in therestaurant industry and this is by far the worst experience we've had. Was not impressed. We were there for a birthday. They was severely understaffed. Our food order was incorrect our 4 appetizers... came out in 3 different times instead of all together. Had to wait 30 minutes for a beverage refill. Only good thing to sayabout the visit was the hosting staff were so nice, and the beer was served cold. Great food, customer service and love the environment. Although, it's a bit expensive. Again the second time I ate there, but... this time I order threw Door dash. The food was on point. First time at this restaurant. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food , beer and service. Definitely recommend.
