Disgusting, cold, at least hour an old pizza. The only good thing was the bread nugget things, and those were bland. The service... was okay, what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. I would never even lie to anyone and reccomend this place to them. Read more
It's not too bad of a place, my first order with the online app the pizza got here quick and done right..no problems. But the... second time I ordered they were a half an hour late with my pizza which looks like it was put together by kids, I ordered apepperoni lover pizza, there was lots of air bubbles in the dough, and four or five pieces of pepperoni in one spot not spreadout through the pizza evenly. Then I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub for my mother and she did not like it at all. It's onlyabout 6 inches, The bread was very dry and hard chewy tasting, and it only tasted like chicken and bacon. Couldn't see noprovolone cheese on there and it didn't have no ranch taste whatsoever and it cost as much as my pizza did. Rather small andtasteless for that kind of price.. Food quality was Good! Received my food in a timely manner everything was still warm. All was received but one item. Called the... restaurant and received my missing item in the time they claimed to deliver, but as soon as the 2nd delivery driver heimmediately asked if we left a tip? Both my fiancé and I have worked in restaurants and served, we thought that was extremelyunprofessional. He wasn?t aware it was a reorder and that I had paid via card the first time & left a tip. Understand thatrestaurants get busy, but & I can not stress this enough COMMUNICATION SHOULD BE KEY with your employees. Read more
Surprised by the bad reviews. We've been getting delivery from here since they opened a few months ago and haven't had any... issues. Our order always gets delivered really quickly, it's always right and the food is pretty good. Read more
Waited an hour and a half for a pizza I was told would be 30 mins. By the time an hour had passed I walked inside to wait for my... order to which I hear the manager literally cursing at her employees, I'm sorry but most of these kids are teenagers probablydoing this part time when they're not at school, that manager should be fired and they've gotta get better at giving wait timesuntil then, I more than likely will not return. Ordered online. 2 custom medium pizzas and the 3 pack of lava cakes. Pizzas were delivered on time, and they were really good.... The lava cakes didn't get delivered. I called the restaurant, and talked to the manager. I told him the issue, and he told methat the rest of my order will show up in a little bit. 2 hours later, and nothing. It's not like the lava cakes were a mainpart of the order, but I did order them and tipped generously. And I wouldn't have been so irritated, but the manager DID tellme they would be delivered in a little bit. If he would've told me they were real busy, and couldn't guarantee that the rest ofthe order couldn't get delivered. That would've been fine, but he didn't. He even double checked my address.
