I put an order in online (phone app) and even selected the notify button so they know I?m there, I entered and there was no... acknowledgement even though they saw me enter, my order was sitting there on the shelf ready for the manager to either tell me Ican take a few steps behind the counter and grab it or he?d stop what he?s doing and hand it to me which would only take secondsas it was already paid for. It wasn?t busy, it was the manager and a worker and the workers friend who was just sitting there,no one else. But they went on to make five pizzas and put them in the oven as I respectfully waited 10 minutes for someone tohand me my food. No apologies were given to me and as I headed to the door that one worker?s friend opened the door for me andsaid I can at least do this for you so you get some kind of service today! Only rated 2 stars because they have a dish I like. This store will not deliver to my house, which is 3.5 miles, under a 7... minute drive according to Google. This is very disappointing to me, and I've asked the manager several times to considerdelivery with no success. Every other delivery service next to them, including Pizza Hut delivers to my house.
