Ordered a frozen coke which they did not have and told me I had to go through the mobile app for a refund. When I asked the... ?manager? how to do that she said she didn?t know that I had to figure it out! So I called McDonalds mobile app customer serviceand they are sending the information to Peru McDonalds as the mobile app cannot issue refunds!! Imagine that!!! The ?manager?didn?t know what she was talking about and said she was told no refunds, they have to be refunded through the app, by her boss. Read more

Absolutely horrible. Waited in line for 20 mins and got the wrong sandwhich and no fries AFTER I told them which order was mine.
Bathroom needed cleaned. Dining room tables dirty. Sprite on the soda machine didn?t turn off till well after removing your cup.... Food was room temp at best and fries had a bad taste. Had to ask for my drink after our food was ready. Read more
