Delivery order was not made on time. I had to go pick my order up that had been sitting in a warmer for over 30 minutes and by... the time I got it home the pizza was soggy cold and nasty the customer service at the store was lacking to say the least. I order from this location often and the food and service is always delicious and prompt. I requested my pizza to be cut into... bite sizes and they cut it into these tiny little peices. This is my preferred pizza hut! Read more
I tried to call the store to edit my payment from ordering on the app and they wouldn?t not answer I called and was left on hold... for at least 15 minutes each time I called with no answer and when my pizza arrived I tried to have the nice lady call hermanager to get this issue resolved and they couldn?t help me and I told them to take my pizza back. I?m not very happy I?veworked understaffed aswell but never left customers on hold for that long. Read more
Pizza was literally barely cooked. Cheese was barely melted and crust was raw. It was delivered so we found out after the fact.... Peru Pizza Hut is a joke. Read more
When we first walked in we where seated by someone talking on the phone. She didn?t even put the phone down. She also had her... kid with her. The dinning room seemed dirty and sticky. It seemed like everyone was on their phones and messing around. Wasn?timpressed. Read more
Very poor service. Walked into the restaurant and no one was around waited 10-15 mins walking around the restaurant saying... hello. Normally I would have left but sadly I already paid for my carryout. A worker was out back vaping when I pulled in and wemade eye contact.. Called the store got someone not in the store that was unable to help but gave me corporate number. Had timeto write that number down and end the call before someone came out and waited on me. Told the cashier about being there for10-15 mins. Told me she was in the office helping with payroll. I informed her of the staff outside that saw me. She informed meshe can't help what others do and she wouldn't be able to help me anyways. Okay even so she could have informed someone thatthere were customers up here. She shrugged me off. I then called the store to tell the manager and she informs me she wasdealing with a complaint and made excuses as to why no one was around. The cashier told me there was 3 ppl in the building andthe driver outside. I guess it takes 3 ppl to do payroll or deal with a complaint.. very unprofessional. Read more
The pizza and breadsticks are great, but when it comes to delivery don't expect it to be in timely fashion.
