Prices are ridiculous anymore. One footlong ham and cheese, one rotisserie style chicken wrap, and 2 cookies came to $23 and... change. They only have white wraps now, gross. If I wanted a burrito, I would've gone to Taco Bell. I asked for Chipotle sauceon my wrap and only tasted it in one of the bites. The girl working the drive thru register had to ask me what I ordered so shecould ring me up. And then she asked me again because for whatever reason she seemed to be dazed and confused. Her 2 inch longacrylics were also very disturbing to see considering the industry she's working in. Gross. Back when I was a teenager, theSubway manager didn't let anything slide for the employees. She's apparently become soft over time. The place may have had arecent face lift, but the service and affordability has gone downhill at an alarming rate. And we all know the owners are doingwell enough and don't need to be charging $4-5 more than the national average for these mediocre sandwiches. Read more

Poor Customer Service!!! Very young employees do not engage, smile, or ask, "How can I help you?" They don't talk to be heard.... When I asked a question about what drinks come with the combo, the girl rolled her eyes and mumbled as if I were trying make herjob harder. I was the only person in line. The total was Very Expensive. Finally, I was presented with 6 items from my order.I asked for a bag. The cashier handed me the bag without a word. She just stood there. Had one of the worst experiences at this location. Not only did the drive thru take forever, but they also over charged me... almost 20 dollars by adding two extra sandwiches to the order. They then voided the order and recharged my card again. How longwill it take to get 50 dollars back into my bank account? The young girl running the window ate cookies instead. Read more

I?m not usually one to complain, but this was the absolute worst service I?ve ever had at the Peru, IN location. I?m not kidding... when I say that I waited in line for twenty minutes drive thru. I thought maybe they were short staffed, so I waited patiently.Upon pulling up to the window, I see there?s three people working. So not short staffed. The young male at the window took twominutes giving us our change, and dropped it on the ground trying to hand it back to us. Didn?t even say sorry just closed thewindow. I finally get my sandwich (BLT) and there?s no tomato, and it isn?t even toasted like I asked for. Thanks for the worstservice?. Not. Read more

I usually don't do reviews but this is the 3rd time I go and the order is messed up. This time they literally switch the meats... in my sandwiches. And don't worry about asking them to put extra meat. You will pay $3 dollars for a deluxed meats forabsolutely no reason cause you will get less meat than what a regular sandwich even has! Read more
