I have never seen such disfunction of a restaurant as this one. I normally don't give reviews but this needed to be posted. As a... customer standing back and looking in, I saw playing and totally disregard for customers waiting and or wanting to place anorder. It was like staff was more interested in talking and goofing off then helping customers and getting food product out. Ihate writing a review like this, but this is actually one of the worst locations I have ever seen as a customer. Read more

Sat at the drive thru ordering microphone for 25 minutes, watched the small girl that was SUPPOSED to take my order eat and... drink and not taking care of the people in front of me or myself. said ?hello? 4x and watched her take off her headset in themost dramatic way and laugh. Read more

I'll be honest, the line during lunch time is so atrocious, I'm surprised they still have business. You need to get more folks... in there that can cook things to order. Just feels mismanaged. Read more

Went thru drive thru, was slow, but really busy so understandable. Got food 20 minutes after ordering, fries were cold and... sauces missing. Told us to pull up. We checked food, double-stack was supposed to be ketchup only, it had everything includingonions AFTER the window lady made a point to tell us multiple times that the sandwiches do not come with onions. Bacon sandwichhad 2 crumbs of bacon. After waiting 15 minutes more on fries, they remade the burgers. Double stack came back as a single..still with everything on it. There were at least 4 workers... I'm ok to wait on GOOD food... but food that is not fresh, wrong,and cold is not except able. How about next time I'll give you a few bucks or whatever I feel like if that's how you are gonnatreat my order. Would've had more fun throwing $29 out the window. It was 9:45pm with 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. The speed of the transaction from order to paid and pull away was... approx 4 to 5 min, which is pretty good. Food was hot and the employee was friendly. Read more

Ordered online back in May, payed in advance. After waiting forever in the drive thru the registers all went down. I gave my... name to someone there and was assured that the order would be fulfilled. Was unable to go back for one month, but apparentlythat was too long. The employee I spoke with was rude and refused to help me resolve this so I'm out almost $20. Read more
