I order and get shredded mozzarella. A little finger amount. The last Subway I went to had it in premeasured cups. There is a... big difference between the amount weighed and premeasured with the little finger sprinkle. I asked for the measured amount andthe boy told me it would cost more. Asked for extra cheese and Ms Karen only put a sprinkle on it I asked her to put more if she was changing me wouldn't add more... but more then willing to make a whole new sandwich and waste food ???? she needs to get fired Read more
I received very poor customer service at this subway location tonight. I frequent this and other subways and always order the... same sandwich without a problem. Tonight I asked the worker, Anthony, for a spicy Italian on Italian herbs and cheese and Iasked him to put pizza sauce on it. He immediately responded with ?it?s marinara sauce not pizza sauce.? I was so taken aback Ialmost walked out. If I didn?t have my hungry daughter with me I would have. I came here to order dinner, not to be harassedabout verbiage by some young kid with subpar interpersonal communication skills. I had also asked him to warm up my sub, nottoast it, and he just set it aside and didn?t do anything with it, as though by adding sauce that made it automatically warm orsomething. So, just went into Peshtigo subway. I was waiting in line to give my order. There were 2 people in front of me. I'm guessing... the person working is a newer employee. As I was waiting, he asked the other person working a question about their oils. Soinstead of helping him out, she gets all snotty with him. So I want to know Subway, is this how you let so-called "management"treat your employees?? They are aloud to belittle people and in front of customers? I stood up for the guy. I also leftwithout buying anything from your business. I asked the guy how I could let management know. He told me she is the boss. Witheveryone hiring in our area, I would think management would think twice about treating people like that. Just so you know Iwill stick up for the person and I do have a big mouth. Read more
Listened very well (I'm a rouch picky when it comes to pickles on my subs) and they gave me a small cup of pickles on the side... so I could make it perfect. And they listened to my nieces about what they wanted on their subs. Read more
