I think people are aware of acre pizza's quality and style, which might not be for everyone but if you like it you love it. I... also think people aren't aware of how nice the dining room is to go hang out in. Great but small beer selection with some fungames. It's turning into a fun for adults/kids old school pizzeria. Shuffle board, pool, hockey, and they said they have acouple more arcade games on the way. I always would get takeout from here but now will definitely press to go eat in the diningroom with the wife and kid/friends. I like the Detroit pepperoni, I think it doesn't come with enough red sauce personally so Iget extra. Salads are good as well! Read more
i really wanted this to be great pizza but its not, there are far better places to get pizza in petaluma especially at the... price point they are charging. the place its self looks amazing ???? but the pizza is lack luster full of grease and the sauceis flat and tastes canned. there pizza is missing something that something is flavor. if you want a far better lunch or earlydinner head to the aquarium or bulivard Cafe both right next to acer pizza and get a far superior meal with better serviceand half the price. Excellent pizza... BEST gluten-free options anywhere! Literally ANY pizza can be made gluten free. Service was friendly, food... was great. Loved the small company fountain sodas. Came in just after the lunch rush, so we had the place to ourselves. Will bestopping in any time we're out in Northern California! Read more
The new interior looks really beautiful. Very modern and minimalist with shuffleboard and outdoor seating on the Blvd.... side. The Detroit-style pizzas are my favorite and one person can definitely eat one themselves. I want to try the one with thevegan sausage, but these are pricey pizzas, so maybe if I ever come into some money. If you're looking to treat yourself ($40for a pizza plus a couple cookies), this is the place. The pesto pizza with gorgeous cherry tomatoes is fabulous. I love NY thin crust - and Acre's is the best around!! High quality ingredients and perfect crust... but I just tried their... Detroit Veggie square pizza and it blew my mind! The veggies were delicious and the crust around the sides was crunchy cheesygoodness. It was not heavy. I am a convert! Try their Detroit pizza, it will not disappoint!
