It was decent, the selection of food was ok and fit the general theme of the restaurant. Though, it felt very open when we were... seated, I suppose it works better for large groups who want to watch a game or simply hang out. That was only the bar area, theyhave a good split of comforting familiarity in the smaller booths and tables that switches into a bar area with a lot of room.The food is so-so, not the best I've ever had but it's still high on the list. I think I would have been able to enjoy it moreif I had come with a bigger group of people. Read more
We were visiting from Arizona and needed a place to watch the football game since we couldn’t check into our Air BnB until... 4pm. The food and service was fine, but the reason I’m giving them 5 stars is due to there handling of a situation after ourvisit. Upon arriving back in Phoenix Sky Harbor airport 4 days later I realized I’d lost my car keys. I had to have someonedrive 90 miles each way to bring us our 2nd set of car keys so we could get home. After checking with the airline, the airportand TSA I was still unable to locate my keys. While waiting for our friend to drive up with our 2nd set of keys I took a chanceand called this Buffalo Wild Wings on the slim chance they had them. AMAZINGLY, they did!!! Also AMAZINGLY they mailed them tome and even though I’d given them a credit card # to pay for the shipping, I was never charged! I can’t thank this locationenough for their wonderful assistance! I’m not sure what paid for, the dining or the salty food that almost kills you. Every time I eat at this place which was 2x... the food is salty as hell. After ate their food I feel like I have high blood pressure. I’m pretty sure these people don’ttaste their own cooking. And over priced. I’m just paying for their cost of salt. If you want to die from a stroke or heartfailure eat here. Read more
My first time to BWW in Pataluma. Don't think I will return. Came in on a Sunday around 1pm sat at the tables in the bar.... Luckily the bartender waited on us! His service was great, he was friendly and helpful. Now the other server he was horrible. We couldn't help notice there was only 2 other table that came after us. They waited long periods of time while their waiterwalked around, hung out at a table sitting down and did nothing. It was apparent he didn't want to be there. You could see thebartender wanted to help but the waiter would say no I got it. Floors were dirty and so was the bathroom. The Manger of thisplace needs to make some observations of their staff. Food was ok we recieved an additional order of wings cause they overseason the o Lemon pepper, we didn't even ask they informed us, that was nice. Main projector is dim. Read more
Buffalo Wild Wings is always a solid choice. We stopped in to get some wings, beer, and watch the Oakland A's crush the Detroit... Tigers. They were working with an understandable limited menu. Didn't matter because then stuff that wasn't being servedwasn't on our radar. We ordered small fries, small onion rings, 20 traditional wings and we both had a few big IPAs. We wentwith 3 flavors, Asian Zing, Spicy Garlic, and traditional Hot. Everything was cooked well and served hot and fresh. The threesauces were very tasty and the wings came with celery, carrots, and both blues cheese and ranch dressing on the side. It alsolooked as if there were limited taps but seemed as if they still had a good variety available. Our server was the bartender andhe was great! Very attentive and brought our food quickly and had fresh beers every time we got low. The only drawback is thatthey don't offer the trivia boxes because of COVID. It's somewhat understandable but a year into it now, we should be able toget the boxes with a quick wipe of sanitizer from the server. It wouldn't take very long to do for each box and sure wouldn'tadd anything to the bottom line as I'm sure they have some kind of sanitizer on hand already. Again, this is a great spot and Ido encourage you to go. There weren't many people when I was there and I'm sure not only could the restaurant use your businessbut so could the servers and bartenders. Go... Enjoy... and tip well... Quick take out and yummy wings. We did the Thursday special which is buy ten get ten or buy six get six. I did Thai and... Jalapeño. I preferred the Thai whereas my dad preferred the Jalapeño. I personally found neither super spicy and will gohigher up on the spice chain next time. Not five because here previous times before COVID and had meh service and the meal Igot I had to return as it was not great. Read more
Awful food and Awful customer service too. Waitress put our order in as a ‘to go’ and took her like 45 minutes to realize we... had not gotten our food after she served a table that had only been there for maybe 10 minutes. At the time we put our order in,we were one of two tables in the entire restaurant. Then when she finally realized the to go order that another staff memberbrought her probably 15 minutes prior, was our order . When she figured that she messed up, she plated and served us our nowcold food. Awful. Food was terrible and she had no problem charging us for our very cold food after she messed up. Don’t go tothis establishment. This was the worse visit, the last time we visited this restaurant the service was extremely slow and notbusy at all and we spent over $100 for three people. Hooters has better service. Read more
