Mask mandate lifted (2022). Yet Coldstone here is still requiring masks and refused us service. Guess who didn?t get our... business? I will be spreading this info to my network of friends and family as well. We will not support businesses that supporta mask passport. Safeway next door came through clutch though! We bought Ben n Jerry?s ice cream and an oversized brownie. Weheated up the brownie and put BJs on top. OMG! Was better then Coldstone too!! Read more
Garrett Bless his soul his hands were tied because the Internet was down he could not take my order over the phone. I have no... idea what happened and why business owners rely on the Internet and not their employees. I asked him if he had a pencil and hesaid no. This is why nobody goes with big box places. I miss the old mom and pop places. But because everyone does everything ontheir phone there is no small places open anymore. Now we have to rely on this! Read more

The staff is always so sweet, even when they get incredibly busy. Cold Stone is the only place I can go to fix my craving for a... particular kind of ice cream. I love that they have a creative selection of flavors and so many mix-ins to choose from, whichseparates itself from other places in town. Read more

This place is sad. I came in with my 5yo and the girl behind the counter acts as if we are an inconvenience. He has to pee and... asks where the bathroom is. She said he couldn't use theirs. Then while we ate our ice cream there was nobody to help us beforewe left. The coldstone promise on the wall was a lie. We will never again step foot in this over priced shop with the worstattituded people. Read more
