They've come a long way. Best 'fast' pizza I've had in a while.good deals too.
We all know when you order here, you're not going to get perfect pizza Napoli. It make Nona cry. Similarly, Taco Bell make... abuela cry. They're still tasty as hell though, and will be there for you when other restaurants are closed, when you're drunk,and for cheap. Every time I've ordered from here, service has been fast, and everything has been consistent - plus today theygave me a free cheese pizza. Just recognize this place for what it is. Don't expect something that will win awards, expectsomething that will consistently be there for those desperate late night pizza cravings. They always satisfy in that regard. Read more
Could not get an order completed. They had trouble understanding that I was ordering a pepperoni pizza. A female laughed and... handed the phone to a male whom also struggled to understand what a pepperoni pizza was. Lol It was a funny experience; but Istill wanted a Dominos pizza... Ughhhh... I love Domino's but this was a terrible experience all the way around... It took around 50 to 60 mins to get to my... hotel which is 2 mins down the street. Pizza wasnt cut all the way through.... Spent 20 mins tearing the slices apart becausethe crust was still connected together. I feel as though i was jipped out of toppings also... 2 slices had about a total of 5toppings between both of them (3 mushrooms and 2 sausages). On top of that.... A big applaud to Domino's on Washington. I'm not sure who the crew was working Friday night 3/17/17 but they should get a raise.... First of all, our order was delivered very quick for a Friday night. Very nice and polite delivery driver who was patient andkind while there was chaos and drama, we were trying to get to the door. After he left, we realized there was a part of theorder missing (or there would have been 5 stars). We called during their most busy time...no questions asked the missing food ofthe order was back at our door in 15 minutes. I was impressed! There was no rudeness for what could considered a petty requestinstead of a refund, which they offered. It seemed petty but there was a very important reason. They had no idea but they helped and soothed a very special child who had been emotionally distraught and all he wanted was his Cinnamon sticks from Domino's.Problem solved. No one answers the phone. Apparently when you call to place an order, your call is sent to a call center and an operator takes... your order. When you need to speak to someone directly at the store, nobody picks up.The star is because the food is good, butthe customer service is terrible. Read more
