Food was good. Sushi rice was just the right texture and acidity, seaweed was a bit too tough but nothing too bad. Had the fried... oyster mushrooms for an appetizer. They came out hot and with a delicious truffle salt. Tasted great. Had the vegetarian ramenfor my entree and it was also very good. Definitely would go back for the food. Stopped in for lunch, son had miso ramen, wife tonkatsu ramen, and I had 3 different dishes. Ordered the octopus with wasabi, I... was expecting something different, but reminded me of eating live octopus in Korea. Ramen very distinct flavors, I had Salmonskin salad and Scallops, delicious.
