So good. Wow, WHAT A SURPRISE!! We went in because we liked lakeville sushi when they were there. Honestly, went in expecting... to not be impressed. The fish is buttery and REALLY fresh and I am off the chart picky about that. We sat at the bar and thesushi chef's were helpful and knowledgable. I'm thrilled that the neighborhood finally has an awesome sushi restaurant! Michael does an outstanding job at Kinka. He even... waits tables when it gets busy, and it's been pretty busy lately with all the buzz. They've only been opened for maybe 6 weeks,but people are really excited to have a new high-quality sushi restaurant where Lakeville Garden used to be. Everything is soclean and the food is so fresh. I really hope they add more vegetables and vegetarian options to their menu. Their vegetabletempura is battered and cooked perfectly! Try the black sesame ice cream if you have room for dessert.
