The reviews before me speak?s volume to my experience. I like sauce on my rice and egg roll. I?ve gone to many Panda?s and... this is the first time I?ve been told I can only have 3 sauces. Seriously? I?m paying $15 for my food and you only want togive me 3 sauces? The lady before me asked for a napkin and had issues. I would recommend finding a real Chinese restaurantwith way better food and plenty of sauces! I?m done giving money to these corporations that charge high prices and give lousycustomer service. I just experienced some of the worst health violations that I?ve seen in a looong time, so the cashier who was grabbing cash ,... was going between serving food and grabbing money with the same nasty gloves!! The whole idea to have stations it?s to preventbacteria from getting in your food!!!?to make matter worst when the same lady was giving the drink cups she was putting herfingers inside the cups!! I've tried Panda Expresses from LA to Nevada, and none of them have had worse customer service than this one. I ordered the... walnut honey shrimp, and only got 5 pieces even though they still charge $1.50 extra. The staff are brainless and rude. Nevercoming back here. Read more

Only one server, three people making food, and one gal changing out garbage/cleaning. Waiting 15 minutes in line just to get to... the front. One of the food options was not ready so the gal asked if we wanted our food rung up and she would bring it out whenready. We waited for 15 more minutes as she was the only one preparing dishes and didn't complete our order even with the itemwe were missing now full again. I went up to the front and asked what was going on and she didn't apologize or say any words,just handed the food in a to-go bag over the counter and walked away to continue filling orders. I had to grab her again to getchopsticks in which she pointed by the register and said "go ahead and grab them they are by the register." Not going to be acustomer here unfortunately. Read more
staff keep this place running like a delicious well oiled machine. always clean and great smelling. never had to wait too long.... hope they're getting paid as well as the restaurant runs. Read more
