I've had them before and the pizza isn't that great and the churros had came very stale. I tried to give them another chance I... called and I don't know if the employee was being trained because I could hear another person in the background guiding themwhat to say. They just sounded very confused. I wanted to use cash for my delivery and they told me they didn't do that so Ijust opt out on the whole order cuz I'm not going to give my credit card information to someone who sounds stoned or confused.And it's very strange that a pizza establishment doesn't do cash. I think that one or more ingredients here keeps making me sick. They should be more careful about keeping things at the correct... temperature! I feel almost like a pain in my jaw or like a tingling in my throat every time I eat here. That usually onlyhappens when something somewhere is moldy. Read more

Extremely Lacking in service by a manager or a male portraying as a manager as they forgot to give the door dash driver our... Orange soda. As we call the so called manager continually acted out blaming us & door dash driver. Extremely disrespectful, nocompassion, & didn't care to have anyone drop the soda off around the corner at Our door. Recently my Boyfriend and I thought we would check them out and I wasn't expecting pizza guys to be the best pizza and salads in... town! Always a fantastic experience at this place. Delicious pizzas, pastas, salads, and appetizers. The manager is wonderful,... always so friendly and knows his regular customers by name. Love the fact that prices are reasonable and they are alwaysoffering various coupons and other deals. Have been going here for years and will continue to do so! Read more
We ordered 9 pizzas to be delivered to 6 different addresses all to arrive within 30 minutes of each other. All pizzas arrived... on time. Everyone commented on how delicious their pizza was - Great job Pizza Guys Petaluma. Great value. We will definitelyorder again and soon. Read more
