Unfortunately there is no option to give zero stars. I will not go back to this location. The orders are wrong every time, and... not just missing/wrong items - sometimes they make the items wrong like using the 'valu menu' patty in the regular hamburger, orthe ftied items are oily and soggy like the fryer isn't hot enough. They also have a lovely policy of getting in a surly huff ifyou complain about not getting what you ordered. Edit: I have been contacted by a representative of this restaurant and beengoing back and forth all day. He seems to think a missing order of onion rings or whatever is the main problem, missing thefact that some screwup has happened pretty much every time I have visited in the past few years, and this experience is commonamong people who have tried to go there. As for my comment that trying to get my order corrected results in them treating melike a theif, he says it's because (paraphrasing) everybody wants something for nothing. In other words, he has confirmed staffis absolutely told to treat any complaints as if it somebody tring to scam them. Not only am I planning to never return to thisbadly run 'restaurant,' I regret having gone in the first place, and especially regret giving them so many chances - this is atree that is rotten from the top down. The food was good but I think they are understaffed so the wait time was a bit longer than I was comfortable with. It was also... lunch time so I probably should have taken the drive through. I am from Ottawa just passing thru. We ordered to burgers to go .Ended up with burgers that were burnt black. Tasted like... charcoal. I am a regular customer at harveys in Ottawa but I won't be back to yours . Terrible. Read more
Service here is very inconsistent. Sometimes food comes out quick and hot. Other times they tell you to park and you're waiting... over 30 minutes for your cold food. Unfortunately, today was one of those "other times." I ordered using the Harvey's app andset a time for pickup. I arrived by the time indicated and didn't receive my food until 40 minutes after my arrival. What's thepoint of setting up a pickup time if it won't be honoured? Something is off with the food preparation procedures at thisrestaurant and I don't quite know what it is. Read more
