Today I was served by Madisyn in the drive thru. My order came to 11.05, so I handed her a $20. A second later I said ?I have a... nickel to make the change even?. She seemed very confused when I handed her the nickel, and still ended up giving me $8.95. Mysausage and egg mcmuffin also came with mayo, and I didn?t order it that way.. Read more
Shorted on my order the last two times. New staff should be shadowed by experienced staff. But don?t recommend drive thru at... all. Because as you drive away you will notice your order is shorted ! Read more
I get that it is fast food! If I go to mcd?s, I expect productive, precise, and quality. Staff thinks that the food needs be... fast fast, but getting the order correct ?everytime? is important. Simple: make to order, deliver. Read more
Drive thru is incredibly slow if you're not the only one in line. Sometimes I don't even get lettuce in my burger, it just ends... up on the side of it. Sometimes they'll even forget the junior chicken that you ordered. Typing this review as I wait 25 minutes(and counting) for 30 nuggets. Read more
This was not the best experience of a location. Staff were lost and only 1 Manger on the floor trying to manage everything. 20... min for our order from self serve panel to order received. Fries we cold and stale tasting, and coke was more carbonwater. (Just from standing and waiting for our order) Being a past employee back in the day I would be embarrassed to workhere. Machines were falling over, counter tops had broken legs for the Mc Flurry Machine, none of the stainless steel looks likeit has been decreased in some time let alone be polished. When you look at the bake good display the glue or it is grease buildup is running out of shelving and running down the glass. This as well dosnt look like it has been cleaned properly insometime. I?ve had more issues here than not, with delays or incorrect orders. Yesterday was the grossest. Waited 15 minutes at the drive... through (along with six other cars parked all over) for a BELT (bacon egg lettuce tomato) and this was what we received - atough, stale bagel with no egg. For the staff: extra Mayo =/= egg. That 1/2 inch of chunky Mayo was disgusting. Tim Hortons upthe road is far better. Read more
