Pizzas are always different never taste the same sometimes the crust is burned sometimes it's not cooked at all

Ordered a pizza, ready for pickup in 25 min. Showed up and was told another 10 min. After 10 min was told oven is still heating... up and nothing has been cooked. Clueless to know what they've been doing the last 40 mins. Read more

I would leave 0 stars if I could, I ordered a pizza from here to my workplace and they sent it to the wrong location and then... asked me to spend another 30$ For them to deliver to the right building which is pretty much beside mine. When I called thedriver told me the according to his map it was the right location and yet when I and my coworkers search for our building itshows the correct place. We ordered from here and we asked for a 3 topper pepperoni pizza with all 3 toppings as pepperoni. It came to us looking like a... regular single pepperoni pizza. Disappointed. They very much skipped out on the toppings and the pizza was undercooked and stillslightly doughy. Read more

Stopped through Petawawa during a trip and got the triple box treat from this place. I hate ordering because the food usually... arrives cold but this pizza hut was a complete surprise. Everything arrived and it was piping hot, even the cookie was stillhot. Everything in the triple box was seriously good, probably some of the best food that I've had on my trip. Walked in to get walk-in special but was charged the normal rate. On top of that we were missing one topping. When we called the... store they initially didn?t admit their mistake. We asked for refund or credit, they instead were giving owners phonenumber. That?s is really absurd and would not recommend this place. Please help yourself to visit other pizzeria then todisappoint.
