Terribly Slow! Watched all drive thru customers have their order taken and served while I wait for my bagel. Employee Justin... Employee playing with bagels after touching his face and not using gloves. I felt like I was bothering them and don't want to... work. I will not go back there as it's not really sanitized what they do behind that counter. Read more
Staffing shortages/mismanagement means service is hot-or-miss. The staff valiently tries to keep up but sometimes the waits are... too long, in my opinion. Staff is always friendly, restaurant is very clean and well kept. Read more
Well...the wait was long...which was annoying but it happens. We got to the window and waited some more. There was no "be with... you in a moment" or anything...which happens I get it. When they finally took the drive thru orders, after all of the cars infront of us had cleared...they took the car that showed up after us. Ok...maybe they are stressed...however we are prettyannoyed. My boyfriend tries to place our order, he asks for the first coffee...young lad asks if that's everything. My boyfriendsays no I'll also get...and the kid says "ok see you at the window" and closes down our order. I said "we weren't finished?" Wewere ignored. The lady in front of us was upset over something. You could tell there was an issue going on...as she drives awaythe kid grabs the top of the drive thru window and yanks it...breaking the top bar and cracking the window completely. We get tothe window and he's putting his headset back on. We then proceeded to finish our order at the window...at this point we wereextremely annoyed, confused, and frustrated. As we drove away the kid ripped the rest of the window off. I understand customerservice isn't easy, especially in fast food...but don't take it out on the customers that didn't do anything. Between the slowservice, order screw ups, and temper tantrums we won't be returning. The slow service.. we would have just complained about toourselves and sucked it up...being treated like dirt and watching that happen was a different story all together. Read more
Stopped in for breakfast. Sat down with our food and all of it was cold. Got a bagel belt and 2 sausage and egg on English... muffins. Eggs and meat all cold. Had to ask for it to be warmed up. Can't imagine what the drive thru is like if you drive awaywith cold food. Large piece of egg shell in the eggs. Not busy right now and seats had food smeared on them and garbage. Read more

Stopped in to grab a quick coffee before leaving on a road trip. Drive thru line up was long so I ventured in. There were... thankfully only 2 people in front of me in line. The one person had a large order.. the kid making the order just keptcomplaining about how large the order was... it was merely 6 coffees... at the end he even went as far as telling the customerto take his big orders to the other timmies up on the base.. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.. totally unprofessional. Read more
This Tim Hortons has the slowest drive thru I have ever been to, and the majority of the time my order gets screwed up. On... multiple occasions I?ve pulled up to the window and they didn?t know what my order was or don?t remember me ordering. For thelongest time I stopped going to this location and every couple months I try again but nothing ever gets better, as a matter offact it seems to get worse.
