I really don?t like to give a bad review. But in this case I feel like it was deserved. There were 8 of us, which we called the... day before to make the reservation for Sunday 8/21. Apparently they misunderstood and thought it was for the day before. Thewaitress was apparently not happy that we were there because as she was getting our menus, she slamming them down as she grabbedour silverware. She walked us to the table, put them down and just walked off. There does appear to be somewhat of a languagebarrier but it was more the attitude we received that was offensive. I thought maybe they were really busy as my back was torest of the restaurant. Thinking maybe that?s why we weren?t being treated all that well. She checked on us once when we werealmost finished eating. Any drinks we asked for a refill on, didn?t happen. I hope that this is taken into consideration forfuture reference. On another note, the food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! We usually go to the Keene restaurant but heard thatPeterborough restaurant was better. We weren?t disappointed. Mi Jalisco is an easy to access friendly environment with good food to match. We went for lunch and the specials were well... priced and came with an abundant amount of food. The food itself was hot, fresh, and tasted wonderful. Will definitely be goingback in the future. Worth a try for sure. Read more

Food was pretty good. Atmosphere was good. Server was working hard, going a million miles an hour. We ordered mojitos. They... were, putting it nicely, not good. Mint not muddled, some weird artificial sugar soda as a base (sprite zero, maybe), but mostproblematic, no lime juice. We sent them back about 100% untouched. That would have probably been the end of it, and I wouldn'thave left a review one way or the other, but they failed to remove the drinks from our bill until we pushed for it. All in all,3 stars. I ordered the Valarita, it was good, the bay scallops needed more washing and it didn't have any kick but enjoyable. The... disappointment came with the Chile Relleno. Sadly it was microwaved to heat up and it wasn't mouth warm but cool. I getblistering the pablano prior so that you can speed the plate time but these were blistered stuffed and set aside, thenmicrowaved instead assembling it and putting it under the Salamander. I had the Green Enchiladas....stuffed full of shredded chicken, absolutelydelicious. The fried ice cream is incredible.... large... enough for 2 to share. I would say the salsa & chips here are my least favorite of Mexican restaurants I've been to tho. Chipswere overdone... I feel like the salsa was lacking cilantro. Read more
