Oven hasn't worked in months. "Toasted" subs come out as though they were hit with a hair dryer for 5 seconds. Not even warm to... the touch. They're out of tuna an inordinate amount of the time. Hit or miss on whether they're open or not. Only if nothingelse is open and you're really hungry. Read more

Went in today and the Manager Jessica was there with her super kind helpful staff! They were friendly and fast always with a... quick smile and can do attitude no matter what I order. Love these guys! Look forward to going back!!! Read more

I wish i could give it 0 stars. Literally every other subway can make the correct sandwich 3 times I've gotten the wrong thing.... There is literally pictures of the subs behind you! Read more

Usually I go to a different subway but was passing by this one in peterborough so my wife and I stopped in for a quick footling... to split. When we went in there was a sign saying they were temporarily out of every bread except wheat so we almost decided togo elsewhere but I'm really glad we didn't because we both agreed it was by far the best sub we've gotten from any Subway in along time. The 2 gentleman/scholars working the counter were quick courteous and efficient in the way they worked together onmaking sure our sub was top notch! Read more

I normally liked subway and their food but I will never go to this location again . Staff is very rude . I was told I could NOT... add lettuce & tomato to a certain sandwich, that sandwich didn?t come with it , I even said I did not mind paying extra forthese toppings . Nope they can?t do it! . I thought your sandwich was made how you like, that?s why all the toppings aredisplayed in front of the customer . After this experience I?m not sure I will ever give this franchise my business again and Iwill tell all my friends, family and customers to avoid this location !! Read more

The people who work here have got an attitude like how dare you come here and ask them to work, it?s your job. Let me explain, I... have a late class on Monday from 6-9:30. I got out early enough to get food from subway at 8:50, I even googled the time theyclosed which says 10 pm. I show up, ask for a basic ft long sub. Then the woman proceeds to start getting mad at me because sheignored my request to not douse my sub in pepers after I said ?small amount.? So I asked if she could take some off. She startsgetting grumpy with me and then makes a huff behind the counter and scolds me saying they are supposed to be closed. I look ather and at the customers sitting at a table eating and say, ?well the internet says you?re open for another hour AND you have nohours posted outside. So I don?t know what you expect from customers.? I get it, you want to go home, but this is your job.It?s what is paying you. If you feel you have better places to be I guarantee there is someone else willing to take your job. Read more

For a new store, they don't seem to be very clean. Half the time the employees aren't wearing a hat, visor, or anything on their... heads. One time they used the tuna scoop to scoop chicken salad on to my sub. I had to throw the sub out because it was adisgusting mix of tuna and chicken. The soda fountain is usually sticky looking as though it never gets cleaned. They seem toalways be understaffed. And one time I had to ask an employee to change his gloves before he made my sub because he had handed acustomer the bathroom key. He seemed confused as to why I would even ask. I have worked in the food industry for many years andthis location is full of red flags. I have given them more than plenty of opportunities and they have let me down too many timeswith poor service and blatant disregard for policy and cleanliness. Read more
