Disappointed with this location. I ordered a medium pizza with bbq sauce drizzled on the pizza. When I ordered it, the guy... taking the order said it wasn't a problem. When I arrived to pick up the pizza they informed me that they don't drizzle bbqsauce on full pizzas. I told her I was willing to pay for the extra bbq sauce but she still insisted that she couldn't do it butshe could give me bbq sauce on the side. The reasons why this makes absolutely no sense are 1) they will drizzle bbq sauce onsingle slices of pizza but apparently won't do it on a full pizza 2) I was willing to pay for the extra bbq sauce 3) they won'ttake the two seconds to drizzle the bbq sauce on the pizza but will waste plastic to pour the bbq sauce into a container andgive it to me 4) they told me on the phone that it wasn't a problem when I ordered it. Horrible location with poor customerservice. The George Stree 241 will and has accommodated this request. Read more
Hands down biggest slice of pizza I?ve ever bought and it?s consistent
No doubt the worst pizza I ever had in my life.I Ordered 2 mediums and I got it after 50 mins. I soon complained that both the... pizza were not properly cut and undercooked and they told me they?ll send a guy to replace only the pizza which I haven?tstarted eating yet. They sent somebody who gave an undercooked pizza with barely any cheese on top. Absolutely ridiculous thatthey don?t care about the customer and just about making profit with the money we spend on. I am gluten & dairy free. They have gluten/dairy free crust, toppings and dairy-free cheese. Finding a pizza parlour that caters... to both is hard. 241 has this combo available and once I discovered this, I began a slew of weekly orders out of sheer joy. Iwas having severe issues with sparse/non-existant toppings and literal gaps in cheese and sauce... I spoke with a very kind manin Toronto who took the time to listen to me. I sent photos so he could understand the situation.. my orders come from theParkhill West location in Peterborough. Tonight I went on a limb and tried them again.. what a positive turn around! Thetoppings were a decent amount and nicely placed - NO gaps in sauce/cheese and I was THRILLED!! I hope this continues, becauseit's the best dang gluten/dairy free crust in town and they are extremely nice people who deserve business. I will returnhappily as a regular customer now. One star because they had goat cheese. One star because the staff was very kind. And another star because their dough is fairly... decent. But we got 241 pizzas on a Tuesday and there were absolutely almost zero toppings on our four-topping pizzas. It wasembarrassing to bring this home to my parents - actually. It just looked so cheap. I just paid $35 to eat dough and sauce. Ihope they are able to see these reviews and make adjustments. Read more
I really don't usually leave a review, but since I know many check them I would like to help save someone from the same mistakes... I made by going here. 1st, I should have checked the pizzas. 2nd, I should have reviewed it. We were shopping from out of town,and decided to stop here on the way home. It seemed to have a steady customer flow, and the owner was super nice. We wereexpecting good pizza, however; we were sorely surprised. I ordered the twin large with extra cheese on one. It was overcooked,and there was so little cheese you could see most of the dough, and sauce. The pizza dough through the cheese was eventoasted. The crust itself was really good, and probably would have been a fantastic pizza had some care gone intoit. Unfortunately we will not be returning to find out again. Blessings, and good luck ?? Came to the neighborhood to have the best poutine in Peterborough(sophies kitchen), but alas, it was closed. So came here n... tried out a pizza and poutine, both of which turned out to be the worst i had in my entire lifetime thanks to 241 Pizza.Everything from the vegetables to the pizza base and the sauce was the worst (stale)????????
