Took the wife and kids for a midweek treat last Thursday (after school). The restaurant was quiet with maybe one or two patrons.... We waited and waited to be seated and served but we were not even acknowledged or greeted. There were two waiters present. Iguess they never needed our service. Stood in the front, waited a while before someone finally spoke us to and got us to a table. Then once again waited a while... before someone asked if our server took our drink orders which i said no, so she took them. We sat for 15-20 minutes with nodrinks, no staff checking in on us. 3 staff were around the dining area cleaning or giving cheques to tables so lots of staff topossibly became our server. No hostess...finally seated. Inexperienced young man came...took order and informed us he was the only one looking after the... main room. In hindsight..we should have left then. Gave us our drinks...long wait for pizza...which was literally tossed onthe table as a girl went by. No plates..no cutlery. Took our time and enjoyed the pizza. My bill was $25.91. I gave him$40.00..he asked how much change did I want back. I answered...all of it. Was then shorted $2. Left him a proper tip.... Wewere pretty surprised at the lack of staff. Constantly get takeout orders wrong. We've ordered maybe 6 times since 2020, half the time they forget parts of the order. Basic... stuff, like the chocolate with your chocolate cake or the meatballs with your spaghetti. They don't offer you a refund either,they either deliver whats missing 20 minutes later or try to give you a discount the next time you use them. Won't be using themagain, and would recommend others find a more consistent place to order from. Read more
When we arrived our waitress, I believe her name was Ally) told us they hadn't expected to be this busy on a Sunday night and... she had many tables & apologized for the service. We waited just over an hour for our dinner. She did her best and eventuallyothers were freed up to lend her a hand (we were a table of 7). So "Ally" you made the best of a bad situation. Friendly servers, great ambience, delicious food! Unlike many other places, the toppings on their pizza (we ordered... Mediterranean) are so fresh and juicy, honestly that makes us visit this location again & again! Read more
Meal was very good, outdoor patios was very hot and no shade. The best salad was good, bit I thought there would be more... beets.... The salmon on the salad was outstanding. The rest of the group had ribs and loved it. Read more
Terrible first experience at this location…waited in the entrance for 10 minutes to be seated, no one came and wasn’t... particularly busy. Sat down as we had two young kids & let the server know we were there. He was very rude, said we should waitto be seated. Kids pizza was bland, came with about 10 fries each, everyone’s dinner was under seasoned and plain and thebacon on the carbonara pizza was gristly. Wish we hadn’t bothered. Read more
