I was working the day I called 40 minutes ahead to order my food. I asked for my meal to be ready at 4:30pm as I only have a... half an hour for my break. When I got there, my meal wasn't ready. I paid and thought it would only be a few more minutes. Ididn't get my food till 20 minutes later! I asked the hostess while I was waiting how far in advance do you need to call? Shesaid give us at least 20 minutes. I told her I gave you 40 minutes and it's still not ready. She said are you sure, because itwasn't put through till 4:15pm. I explained my situation, so she went back to check. A manager came out to check the time that Icalled on their computer, but never talked to me. The hostess said at least it will be hot for you. I told her doesn't matterwhen you have no time to eat it. Not one manager talked to me, all I got was a sorry from the hostess as she passed me my food.Never going to this place again. Read more
You know what you're getting with Boston Pizza. The food is nothing to get excited about but it's decent quality and good... value. We had had a very long and difficult day with a car breakdown etc and the serving staff was exceptionally kind andfriendly. It was greatly appreciated! Read more

The food was lukewarm, we had to ask someone to bring the coffee we ordered...we had to catch someone again to bring sugar for... the coffee. The restaurant was less than half full. Very disappointed as we have always been very happy with Boston Pizza. Willgo elsewhere on our next trip to Peterborough. Read more
