I was working the day I called 40 minutes ahead to order my food. I asked for my meal to be ready at 4:30pm as I only have a... half an hour for my break. When I got there, my meal wasn't ready. I paid and thought it would only be a few more minutes. Ididn't get my food till 20 minutes later! I asked the hostess while I was waiting how far in advance do you need to call? Shesaid give us at least 20 minutes. I told her I gave you 40 minutes and it's still not ready. She said are you sure, because itwasn't put through till 4:15pm. I explained my situation, so she went back to check. A manager came out to check the time that Icalled on their computer, but never talked to me. The hostess said at least it will be hot for you. I told her doesn't matterwhen you have no time to eat it. Not one manager talked to me, all I got was a sorry from the hostess as she passed me my food.Never going to this place again. Read more
You know what you're getting with Boston Pizza. The food is nothing to get excited about but it's decent quality and good... value. We had had a very long and difficult day with a car breakdown etc and the serving staff was exceptionally kind andfriendly. It was greatly appreciated! Read more
This is the worst Boston Pizza we have ever been to!! We eat at Boston Pizza a lot as its one of our favourite restaurants, but... we will never go back here! We waited over 20 minutes just to be asked what we wanted to eat, and that is only because we had togo find someone to ask if we could place our orders. It was not busy, it was a wednesday night and the place was pretty empty.People that came in after us we eating before we were. When we finally received our meal and both of my kids pasta dishes westill dirty with food baked on them. My son only had pasta with butter and my daughter had pasta with meat sauce so i know itwas not from their meals. The food was replaced for both my kids. Our waitress did not come to see how everything was until wewere almost done our meals. Then we were asked if we wanted take out boxes for our meals by a different waitress and after wegot those we waited at least 15 minutes before someone came to bring the bill to us which was incorrect and needed to be fixed.I dont normally write reviews as im pretty easy going and know that people make mistakes, but this experience was horrible and Ifelt I needed to, the staff that served us did not seem to care that we were unhappy with the service. Absolutely horrible, we had the worst experience EVERY. The services was the worst I’ve ever had at BP. The waitress dropped... of menus and brought us water. We then waited over 30 minutes before someone came and took our order, and that’s with myhusband getting up to find someone. After receiving our food, the kids ordering plain pasta, both plates came out absolutelydirty! And that’s not from plain pasta. The waitress never came to check on us for more drinks or anything. We asked for takeout boxes three times. Fourth time finely the waitress brings them. We then waiting over another 30mins after packed up andready to go before a waitress brought us the bill. The bill then came to us incorrectly. Which lead to another 15-20 mins longerbecause they couldn’t figure out the correct bill. After we said two bills before ordering who was on what bill. The food was lukewarm, we had to ask someone to bring the coffee we ordered...we had to catch someone again to bring sugar for... the coffee. The restaurant was less than half full. Very disappointed as we have always been very happy with Boston Pizza. Willgo elsewhere on our next trip to Peterborough. Read more
