Consistently missing items from my order. I love their pizza, but it's always so disappointing to not receive what I purchase.

Had a slice of pepperoni fresh from the oven dusted with Parm. Perfect amount of cheese with a dip and ice cold pop. Great... customer service, way better than 241 across the street. Read more

Horrible service and incapable staff. What's normal for any other restaurant is a rush for them. 6 people show up and they are... running all over the store. The young girl who works there has serious attitude problems and need to learn what customer serviceis. If you can't fulfill online orders, don't accept any. Also you can't be swearing in front of people because you're too busy.Get a grip. Read more

By far the best place for pizza. Best of all it's also super cheap for a medium pepperoni or cheese pizza. Great for my 4 kids.... We also love the perogie pizza and look forward to the new apple crumble pizza coming! This is my fav pizza place in town! Read more

What a horrible experience I would give 0 stars if I could. Yesterday (May 7) my husband and I had company over and we ordered... pizza to celebrate an occasion. We ordered around 1:50pm and the pizza did not arrive until 3:10. When the delivery driverarrived he didn't know how much it costed and said he had lost the receipt and took a guess at how much he thought it cost. Somy husband paid and we were just going to call in to the store after our hungry guests ate to confirm the price. The pizza wasICE COLD and extremely soggy. It was almost like it wasn't cooked. We ended up having to cook the pizza on our own in the ovenas it was so soggy and mushy. I called the store to confirm the price and to let them know how awful the pizza was. The lady Ispoke with was very nice, but she proceeded to tell me that her manager would be in at 6:30pm and took my contact information tohave the manager call me to let her know of our experience. The manager never called. You would think they would take carewithin their establishment to hear client complaints when they are unhappy. We always used to order pizza from Free Topping inOshawa before we recently relocated to Peterborough and never had anything but amazing experiences with the staff and the foodwas always delicious. We do not recommend this business. The customer service is terrible, they neglect their customers, andthey don't take pride in the food they deliver to their customers. Do yourself a favor and order take away from another pizzajoint to avoid embarrassment if you are trying to feed your guests. Read more

My family and I enjoys the taste of the pizza but every time we order I always ask for extra cheese and for it to be on top of... the topping. As you can see I still see the toppings. I told the young lady when I placed my order that this has happened thelast 2 times she said she would put it on the top. After I got home I called and said hey where is the cheese I was told thatthe cheese is now weighed. I would have liked to have been told that I would still see the topping or I would have asked formore to be added. I'm more than likely not going to be a returning customer I like to get what I pay for! Read more

I ordered my pizza to come at 8:20pm and it showed up a 7:45pm, forgot half of it at the store had to go back and get it. Hope... it's good (I havnt tried it yet) and hope my dips I paid for are in the pizza box. Pizza was good but cold and my dips weremissing. Read more
