One of the best Indian and Hakka Chinese places. Got the food delivered a couple days ago and everything tasted absolutely... authentic and fresh. The concept is refreshing and suitable for a single person or a big group. I ordered the bowls and had goodleftovers for my next meal. Excellent food! Cilantro Sensitive People be aware that some proteins are garnished with Cilantro. My dish was excellent with no... Cilantro garnish. Noodles were lovely and the chicken was juicy, tender and delicious. Beef was delightful with the tasteyonions and broccoli. Super nice staff and a beautiful seating area. Visited this New place on George Street for dinner today and as soon as you step you are transported to a different place... altogether! The place is setup beautifully, the photos I captured don?t do justice. This place is a counter service restauranti.e. imagine a subway or burrito place where you choose what you want and the staff behind the counter will whip it up and giveit to you. Oh by the way they use bio degradable bowls which is a nice touch and eco friendly! Now on to the most importantpart the food - it is an eclectic mix of Indian, Hakka and Mexican phew no wonder they named it fusion. We tried their ChickenTikka Quesadilla, Hakka Rice with Chilli Chicken and Chicken 65 again! Gotta say the flavours are amazing - this place justbecame my go to for a quick bite. LOVE this place. Food was excellent - I'm plant-based and I can always get great choices!! Today I had chana masala, eggplant... and tofu (spicy and yummy), aloo gobi, 2 kinds of rice, a spicy veggie samosa (LOVE!), and I cheated with the potato dish withcream sauce - sooooo delicious. They didn't have the chana masala out front (or the potato dish) but when I asked they had somein the back! I was out the door with a feast in about 15 minutes! Read more

We just tried it for the first time and I have to say that this place definitely deserves a second visit. The spices were... incredible and the meat was super tender. Some of the best lamb I've had too; in a long time. Prep time was rapid, their foodisn't cooked to order but rather sits in a heating tray and is served, similarly to subways serving style where instead of asub, you build your own bowl, of which they have three options to choose from. Considering the food was sitting, it still tastedvery fresh and thankfully with curry it lends itself rather well to sitting and brewing in it's own flavors. I will say thatthe samosa's need work, there wasn't much to them and the spices were lacking. The spring rolls were OK but I found them to be alittle dry. The salad was plain, and uninteresting. It also should have been served in a separate bowl to prevent flavorcross-contamination. Otherwise, this place gets a solid 4/5 and for the price, I really couldn't argue. I have never eaten here before, I saw good reviews and ordered some butter chicken, samosa and extra protein. I have to say... there is 5 pounds worth of food and is by far my favorite butter chicken I have ever had. Such a good homemade sauce and thecilantro is a great touch ! Will definitely order again!
