I was at the drive thru today and order just fries and coke. When reached the window I asked the cashier that i need to pay with... my scene points , the scanner was not working at all to scan my card and the cashier was a new employee so she called the othergirl from inside , the other was really rude to me and told me that next time just tell us earlier if you are paying with thescene points,dumped the order to me . This is not the first time this is happening to me at this harvey?s no other harvey?s iever had problems using my scene points . I think the owner / manager on duty should train the staff towards customer service !!Not recommend. The order was fries and coke , the fries were definitely not fresh at all even tough the drive was competitiveempty !! Read more

Inexcusable service!!! Ordered through delivery and waited over an hour. My food was stone cold!! The ice had melted in our... drinks, did not receive the napkins, utensils or straws I requested. I understand delivery service, as I too work in theindustry, you don?t make the order until the driver is on the way, that way your customers get hot food. We used our microwaveto heat it back up, no care from anyone involved!! Read more

Mid Sept 2022. It sits close to Otanabe River and Jackson Creek. The ample dining hall and serene view outside invite me coming... again. The staff are wonderful too while parking and access to other amenities makes it a great stopover. Read more

The food was decent, and my order was correct, however the wait was pretty long, as the employee at the window apologized and... explained they only had one working fryer. I felt sorry for the Harvey's employees, it's probably rough trying to put outorders with one fryer and dealing with irritated customers. Read more

Always very slow service through the drive-thru. Went there tonight, with a smaller line-up. The worker had apologized for the... wait once she finally addressed me. It was whatever until I got home to realize they had messed up my order. They had given us adifferent type of poutine, which had tasted really bad. Waste of time and a waste of a drive. Unsure if I will be going back. Read more
