Used the drive thru and there was only 4 cars ahead of me but somehow was waiting over 15 minutes. I only ordered 2 things and... I was still waiting at window for another 5 minutes before just leaving since I didn't have time to wait any longer . Read more
Inside this restaurant is so dirty, the windows on all 3 doors look like they have never been cleaned, every table is dirty and... none of the staff care enough to take time away from standing around to clean anything. All of their garbages are alsooverflowing and they won?t take them out. Just a dirty place Read more
I ordered a bucket of 18. The pieces were so small and cut up to be smaller than the drumsticks. Obvious that the breast pieces... were cut into at least 3 pieces. I will not be buying from this location ever again. Read more
I have never been so disappointed by a chain fast food place. Washrooms did not feel clean. Place had the feeling needed a... renovation. Tiles in line very worn. Drink machine not working. I ordered a drink and no ice put in it. It wasn't cool it waswarm. I requested ice. And some ice added I think 3 ice cubes. They were gone before 1" of my drink was gone. And it was stillnot cold. The fries were not hot. Overall a very bad experience at this KFC. Read more

What happened to my favourite chicken place?! It's been a while and its changed terribly. The chicken was already cooked and... bagged within 1 minute, which was a red flag, I used to have to wait 10 minutes which I understand so its fresh. It wasliterally tasteless (how can a recipe they are all supposed to use be this different? )and the pieces were not defined, it waslike some maniac went after the chicken with a hatchet and all pieces were just random and messy. Is this new owners ormanagers who just dont care? We will never be back to this location..hoping the other location is still legit KFC, this justlooked and tasted all wrong. Read more
