Line up was crazy and not moving. Not the fault of staff. They seemed to be shortnof staff. People need to get back to... work. They missed putting one of my large fries in the order although I paid for them. They were also dry and under cooked. Read more
The service at this location is horrible. My son went there for his dinner break and wait 25 minutes to get his food on his 30... minute break. I went there the same night with my daughter and waited for 10 mins and no one would take my order. The managerwas at the cash register and did even acknowledge us. I ended up ordering on my phone. All my daughter wanted was a smoothie. Itstill took another 15 minutes to get it. This is not the first time I?ve had this problem. I would go to the one across thestreet in Walmart but it?s closed have the time. Read more
WORST experience at a Mcdonalds that we have EVER had. The self serve soft drink area was filthy. No napkins, no lids for med... sized drinks, no salt, no vinegar, straw papers strewn everywhere. One of the pop dispensers did not work at all,despite nosign being visible to say that. Had to search for a table that was somewhat clean but still had to ask attendant to wipe itdown as it was covered in pop. We realized that we didn't get our 1 coffee..had to return to counter. Then upon opening up ourbag of food, realized that they didn't give us our fries, so a 2nd return to counter. Asked 2 different workers about lids forour med pop which we never did get. All these issues were definitely NOT due to a lack of staff, as there were a large numberof staff behind the counters. Will be a very long time before we will return. Read more
This was a very frustrating experience....bordering on disgusting. We chose to eat in. Service was very slow for a simple... Happy meal. Employees looked and acted dis interested. Puddle of urine in bathroom that children need to use.. I could not andwould not recommend this location. Read more
Went there Sat at noon, not my best plan. Food was hot enough and decent for McDonald's. But the cardboard straws don't work... on a milk shake at all. Need to bring my own straw I guess Read more

My Fiance And I were completed our Order in the Drive-thru. Immediately after we gave our order and even our Bonus points 4... digit number, the employee randomly announced thru the Speaker "Where Closed" Obviously confused we asked "what do you me? Youjust took our order?" Only given a reply again "Where Closed" They remained open till 1am I'd like to mention this order tookplace at exactly 11:54pm Saturdays October 29, 2022. Read more
