Staff are constantly rolling over. Constantly changing - and talking to staff when I go in there, I get the impression there is... terrible management. Management sounds like they are stressed out but with the constant turnover sounds like they need newmanagers who actually invest in their staff. Cannot believe the number of staff changeover I've seen in the last 3 years. Foodis usually good but as a caring adult, I'm very concerned about the state of those youth who work there. I think corporateshould be looking into the culture there and perhaps an investigation should be done by corporate to investigate the management. Read more
Restaurant was dirty and dark. Every table and chair in the waiting area was covered in crumbs and sticky, even though there was... nobody else present. Order taking staff were okay, though not especially polite. Ordered 3x "My Box" meals and 3 drinks. Nonapkins given with order. Pizza is NOT what I remember from having Pizza Hut in the past, crust was light and airy, but withoutflavour, sauce was bland. Toppings were okay, but not special. 2 orders were supposed to have extra cheese, but had sameamount as the regular cheese one. Medium and Buffalo were identical on the "boneless wings" but the breading was soggy and felloff the chicken nuggets. Overall, would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone. Read more

Unfortunately, they gave their high chairs and booster seats away to another restaurant they said, so they didn?t have any for... my 3 young children, which made it unfortunately unable for us to stay and eat so we had to leave. Read more
Worst location ever staff doesn?t not give a single fork about you or your pizza they are always slow and slacking . As you can... see in the picture they can?t make a pizza with or without cheese. And they are both burnt as well Read more
I want to like it, I really do. But it's just so bad every time. It's just this location too, other Pizza Hut locations don't... seem to mess up this consistently. My most recent experience. Ordered a medium stuffed crust pizza, that's it. Was told itwould arrive in 30-45 minutes. After an hour we decided to phone and see where the pizza was. I was told that a delivery wasattempted but they had phoned and it had gone straight to voicemail. My girlfriend phoned my cell right after with no issues, soI assume they just wrote my number down wrong and had no way of contacting me. I have yet to have a good experience with thislocation. I wouldn't give them a star at all. I eat pizza hut wings and pasta and I get sick for 2 days. I was fine before I ate it so I... know they gave me bad chicken or something. I wasted good money and the left overs. Never again will I order from them again. Read more
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We just got our food, and I noticed there was hair on my boyfriends drink. As I pointed it... out, and he was reaching for a slice, there was ANOTHER long strand on his pizza. And my hair is red, my bf hair is short sothis did not come from us. I call the location, to which some guy answered. I explained the situation, he put us on hold for awhile, and when he came back he asked if we were picking up or placing an order for delivery? To which I replied, ?no were theones calling about the hair in our food. I hope you know we?re not going anywhere? and he said ?we?ll we?re busy, deal with it?and put me back on hold. That?s how you deal with customers? Fortunately the girl who came back was more pleasant and helped usout. She gave us a credit however I?ve completely lost my appetite and most definitely won?t be coming to this location. Read more
