Only gave 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Ordered from doordash. The order I placed was 1 chicken sandwich meal with beans... and rice for a side,1 ripn chicken platter with 2 buffalo sauce, and 6 mini donuts. My order showed up and contained of a coldripn chicken meal that looked like it was donated from somewhere, an order of fries with a rice and bean soup, and a cherry coldcake type thing that was stuck to the inside of the box. I called the restaurant and was offered a voucher because their staffforgot to put the sandwich on the line and they were out of the other donuts and buffalo sauce. I declined and explained that myfiance works at 1am and we didnt have time to find something else to order or to go to the grocery store to get something tomake, I ask if the order can be remade and sent again. I was told this was no problem and the wait time would be 20-30 minutes.1 hour later a delivery guy drives up on the sidewalk across the street and delivers 4 ranch dips and a cold, wet sandwich withtoppings that are almost at their biodegrading stage. I placed a pick up order Sunday Sept 11 at 11:20 p.m. and the front door was closed. The restaurant is supposed to be open till... midnight. I called the restaurant they said to walk up in front of the cars to pick up my order through the drive throughwindow. I don't feel comfortable walking up in front of a bunch of cars. The staff and quality are always of the best kind. I'm a returning customer and come in frequently. The customer service and... food is always top tier and i've never had any complaints! 23Aug22 at approximately 4:45 pm, I attended the Chemong Rd location drive through and ordered a Ghost Pepper wing meal. After... paying they asked me to move my vehicle up a bit and they would bring the order out to me. I thought, good, they?re making afresh batch of wings. 5 min later a woman came out and gave me my order. When I got home and opened the box I found 5 veryovercooked wings, less than a handful of fries and a hockey puck they call a biscuit. They obviously re-heated my wings. Finally got to try this location. Seems good to me. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when I wanted to change my order... after placing it. It was relatively clean and organized. Didn?t do the drive they but it wasn?t busy at all. Convenient hours;open late which is hard to find in Peterborough.
