Delicious meat skillet, with hash browns, eggs, ham, bacon, and sausage. With the added hollandaise sauce. Tasty classic... cheeseburger, with fries and the yummy side gravy. Once a year we make the trek up to the Kawarthas as a group of 20...and every year, we make it a point to stop here for... breakfast on our long journey home. These amazing men and women, go above and beyond to accommodate us all, and we have NEVERhad a complaint about their food, atmosphere or service! I have been coming to Smitty's for years, since 1986. I have always enjoyed eating here. The food is great, and the seating is... keeping me coming back. you can always enjoy your little pot of coffee over a chat. Some places you cant hear across the table,but at Smitty's you can. Reasons I come back, the washrooms are clean. Smitty's have some of the most attentive waiting staff.Mainly the food. The greeting you get at the door. Always allowing people to have time to chat. An excellent place to have breakfast. My wife states the best Eggs Benedict she has ever eaten. Kelly (a career waitress with... 39yrs experience) was an absolute delight, and the owner Todd came to our table and chatted with us as we were finishing up. Ourhotel (Holiday Inn across the street) included free breakfast, but we opted to eat here instead. I?m glad we did, and we willdefinitely be back. Read more

went here for breakfast and the food was amazing !!! the cinnamon roll pancakes were to die for ? SO good! very sweet of course... but i split with my partner and it was perfect :) a large portion. the home fries were very yummy as well! our server was verysweet and friendly. a nice restaurant with lots of seating. we will definitely come here again!
