Slowest service because it is so understaffed you wait for 20-40 minutes for an order and if you order... through Doordash they make you wait over an hour before canceling while the driver is there waiting to pick it up because theyare "unable to fulfill the order". I used to feel I got good value. Tonight I maybe got 1 tbsp of meat, lots of lettuce and perhaps a 1/2 tsp of cheese if that. ... My fries were cold and looked they had been sitting around to long. Service was fast and friendly. Read more

Couldn't dine inside after 3 people just entered 1 min before my family tried to. They literally put up a sign and locked the... doors stating not enough staff. DISCUSTING!!!!! *See my attached photos* Store needs a good updating. Outside walls are stained and look dirty. Inside is the... same with stained dirty walls (see photos). There is a light that has been out since as far back as I can remember(see photos).The thermostat seems damaged (see photos). Fruit flies seem to have taken over the pop filling station. Today's visit: my wifestarted to give her order and the lady at the till rudely took a call right in the middle of her order and then interrupted herseveral times during her order by talking to other staff behind the counter. I also noticed during our visit that we were theonly people at the store at the time and there were two cars parked in the first two spots closest to the front door(see photos)This tells me that the staff is parking their vehicles in the closest spots to the doors and not saving them for payingcustomers. Just an overall badly run operation here with discusting conditions for a food venue. Will be forwarding my concernsto the franchise. To the owner of this location in particular I hope your reading this and care enough to do something torectify these simple things in order to operate a successful business. Read more
KFC/Taco Bell 595 Lansdowne Street Peterborough currently is promoting a "Big Box Meal". If you use the drive-through you can... clearly see the "Big Box Meal" on their menu board. You may also notice that this store will post on the outside of their menuboard when they will only accept credit or debit transactions. Looks like they are capable of communicating when they haveexpectations of the customer. However, I have ordered the "Big Box Meal" on 3 separate occasions. On each occasion I receivedthe "Big Box Meal", without the "Box". KFC/Taco Bell has been in business for many years. My concern is if the company'soverhead is reflected in the amount charged for the "Big Box Meal", which includes the "Box", why do they not tell the consumerthey don't have the "Box" and give the consumer the opportunity to choose. Consider this, how many times has this company failedto deliver as promised? 10 , 50, 100, 1000, 10,000 times. The company makes an additional profit by shorting orders. Call itwhat you will...false advertising?, fraud...extortion? They are in essence Knowingly stealing from you, taking advantage of theconsumer each and every time they knowingly short the order.
