Stopped by Sat. evening about 6:45pm with my girlfriend and our 3yr old daughter. Openly heard the two employees ( male and... female) complaining and bad mouthing customers for showing up to make orders close to closing. The two were talking loud enoughto imply but not directly speak to us or the couple who where in line ahead of us. My girlfriend asked the male employee if hewas upset we were ordering " late". He rudely responded "ya kinda". Needless to say I saved myself some money and did not makean order. We will not return back either ever again. Don't waste your time or hard earned money there. What a great little spot! The folks who work here are always fun and personable. In my experience, the food has always been hot,... well-portioned and perfectly cooked. I order my burgers loaded, which is messy, but delicious. Ask for the fries ?well-done? orcrispy. Definitely returning! Read more

It was a rainy Thursday mid-October noon when we dined here. It is good that close to half of the dining area is covered with a... roof to shield us from the rain. We were the only customers present during the early part. Later on one other customer came inas we were finishing up. We were welcomed warmly by the lady over the counter who made the order process very easy. The menu isalso conveniently available posted on the wall to the side of the counter. The food was fine. I sampled the Trail Burger(sautéed mushrooms & mozzarella cheese), and my companion ordered the large poutine. My friend commented that the poutine coulduse some more gravy the way it originally came out. When she went to the counter to ask for more gravy she was quickly providedsome. The burger itself was good, but it was not filling. Other burger orders from different places would have left me more fullthan the one I had here. I was disappointed that it was cash only. There is an ATM available, but the service charge seemedunreasonably high at $2 for the transaction. Read more
